Digital Products

All digital downloads—including clipart, patterns, fonts, templates, and other instant files—are final sale.
Due to the nature of digital goods, we do not accept returns, refunds, or exchanges once the files have been downloaded or delivered.
Please be sure to review product descriptions and preview images carefully before purchasing.

If you experience any issues accessing your files, please contact us at prettygrandmillennial@gmail.com, and we’ll be happy to help resolve the issue promptly.


Physical Products

Our physical items (such as art prints, stationery, or home décor) are custom-made just for you and therefore are not eligible for return or exchange.

However, if your order arrives damaged, misprinted, or defective, we want to make it right.
Please email us within 7 days of receiving your order at prettygrandmillennial@gmail.com with:

  • Your order number

  • A brief description of the issue

  • Clear photos showing the problem

Once verified, we will gladly issue a replacement or refund for the affected item.


Cancellations

Orders cannot be canceled once they are placed, as fulfillment begins immediately. Please double-check your order before submitting.
